Why choose us?
Our business is built on honesty and integrity. We work for you. And we are there for you before, during and after the inspection.
Customer-focused service
We put our customers first. Always. From communicating about the best time for your appointment, to answering questions and concerns you have about your report, scheduling follow-ups and more, we ensure that you have a smooth, stress-free experience when working with The Right Home Inspection Services. Buying a home is stressful enough as it is – so our goal is to make things as easy as possible.
Because today’s home-buying process moves at lightning speed, we do inspections 7 days a week for your convenience! We’ll work with you to make sure that an appointment is scheduled on a day you can be there so that you can follow along during your inspection. For the convenience of our customers, we also coordinate scheduling and provide invoicing for Radon Testing and Termite Inspections that are sub-contracted to independently owned and operated professional companies specializing in digital radon testing services or Termite Inspection & control services.
What does a home inspection cost? We base our pricing on size, age and foundation type, tailoring our prices to your specific home. We also provide a complete and accurate pricing guide for you to view prior to scheduling your inspection.
It is essential that our clients know the current condition of the property. We communicate and work directly with our clients to ensure that they are aware of what is inspected and what is not, and that they understand the most important findings and the highest priority issues that need to be addressed.
Our job is to make sure the client understands all aspects of the inspection process. Should you have any questions or concerns before, during or after the inspection, or after the report is completed, you are encouraged to give us a call or email us at any time.
A Create Request List™ (CRL™) tool is also featured in the report. With this tool, seller’s pre-listing reports can provide a project list for the home, and buyer’s pre-purchase inspection reports can assemble a Repair Request List to give the seller.
Giving your home our full attention
During your home inspection we give you and the home our undivided attention. Our standard practice is to schedule one home inspection a day so that your inspection is our sole focus. This means we won’t have to rush your inspection to meet another client that day. Join us at the inspection to learn about the home. We address all your questions and concerns and explain them in a clear and thoughtful manner.
We welcome you to walk along with Ken throughout the inspection, and/or join him at the end of the inspection for an onsite review and Q&A session as we go through the home. Our goal is to make sure you have a comprehensive overview of the home’s current condition. In addition, we also help educate you about the basics of home maintenance and repairs.
Infrared cameras, moisture meters, gas detectors, smoke pens for drafts and 360-degree cameras are used in every inspection.
Within 24 hours after the inspection has been completed, we send an electronic and password-protected inspection report anywhere in the world that you request. You can open your report from any computer or mobile device. This report contains detailed information about the home along with numerous photos, videos and 360-degree images, and thoroughly explains everything we uncovered during the inspection.
Our promise to you
We will inspect your home as if it were going to be our daughter’s home. We constantly strive to uphold our reputation for excellence. We provide high quality, timely home inspection services and exceptional customer care. Our home inspection will give you a practical and realistic picture of the home’s current condition. With our detailed and unbiased home inspection report you will have the insight you need to make an informed decision that best meets your needs.

Meet Ken Neill
Ken draws upon a wide variety of construction skills and experiences during his home inspections. He was introduced to many of these skills at an early age by his father who enjoyed performing repairs and maintenance tasks on the family home. Later, Ken, also, would do home repairs and maintenance, and then go beyond into extensive remodeling projects for himself and others. He is well versed in many aspects of the home.
In addition to his technical understanding of home construction and care, Ken brings another relevant understanding to his inspection service – the real estate business. Having been a real estate agent he knows the home buying process well and employs this knowledge to his client’s benefit.
With an education background in science, Ken brings strong observation and documentation skills, plus a detective’s eye for details to his inspections.
Ken receives great satisfaction through his home inspection work and considers the opportunity of helping his client a privilege. He enjoys sharing his findings and answering any questions his client may have.
It was a natural move and a perfect fit of skills and experience when he created The Right Home Inspection Services.
